With just 10 days until the FIFA Women’s World Cup, Rachel and Sophie attended England’s first open training session. Quotes from stars Lotte Wubben-Moy + Lucy Bronze as 3,000 locals turned out to welcome the Lionesses. The Gubbi Gubbi/Kabi Kabi people performed a traditional smoking ceremony, an Aboriginal custom to welcome, wish good luck + ward off bad spirits and were invited by the FA to present the Lionesses with their official squad numbers.
